1746.

He was married to Mehitable NELSON (daughter of John NELSON and Sarah WOOD) on Feb 2 1692/93. Mehitable NELSON was born on Apr 5 1670.

He was married to Hannah SHERMAN (daughter of Samuel SHERMAN and Sarah DAGGETT) on Apr 25 1745 in Plympton, MA. Hannah SHERMAN(19) was born on Feb 20 1688. (20) John DOTEN and Hannah SHERMAN had the following children:
