Well I don't have any mog experiance but I would like to offer our ranch as a place to stop. We're at 2999 Speaker

don't have a hoist but we do have an 44,000 lbs excavator and a pile of chain. We also don't have an engine puller
but we do have a 7 ton fork lift. We have plenty of room in the yard and plenty of terain to test any fixes on.

I applaud the safe haven concept and offer our farm as one as well. We do not have many of the amenities that others
might (heated, well-lit shop with hoists, etc) but "any port in a storm" sounds nice to me. We are not
short on room and a stranded truck could remain for quite a while before it would get in the way. We became an
Oregon Century Farm in 1994 and I jokingly tell Emilie that it means her family has been collecting old farm equipment
for better than one hundred years. This port will remain open even in fair weather (which is saying a lot for rainy
Oregon). Perhaps Ron DePugh has some way of denoting the safe haven status on the Unimog/Pinzgauer owners lists.
