15. Samuel ROBINSON Captain ⁽¹⁸⁾ was born on Jul 24 1742 in Spencer, MA. Lived in Charlton, MA, Later surveyor of Calais, VT. He died on Oct 29 1827.⁽¹⁹⁾ Settled in Charlton, MA, was one of the proprietors of the town of Calais, and a member of the committee that surveyed the town in 1783 and 1786, but did not reside here until 1808 when he built the house where Capt. A.J. Mower now lives, and resided there until his death.
