The Capitol Quilters Guild from Concord, NH created 10 quilts, each representing their recollections of a decade in the 20th century. Members selected at randon a year in a decade and created a block depicting something they remembered in that decade. Sue Proia, project creator and coordinator is in the picture to the left. Here's the display in the Colonel Town Community Center in Lancaster, NH on October 2, 1999.You can click on the pictures below or the years above to look at each quilt. By scrolling down the pages you'll see each square. I missed 2 squares and the 1940 overall quilt. Will try to get them later. You can see the individual panels of the 1940 quilt and the overall quilt on the 2 with missed panels.
