Relax after a day of riding in one of the Jacuzzis and enjoy the sunset views of Percy Peaks, Cannon Mountain and the mountains of Vermont.

Cook your own meals in the complete kitchens and dine on a deck with amazing views. Brooks for fishing nearby and great hiking trails. Super hunting nearby.

Directions:

NH Route 3 to Stratford Hollow Bog Road. Right turn if northbound, left turn if southbound on NH 3. Then turn left off Bog Road onto Percy Road. Turn left at the end of the bridge, it's 1300 feet or 400 meters on the left.

Trailside Lodge is now a five appartment lodge, the fifth one completed in October, 2007. A shared common room is in progress!

All about the five appartments:

They have forced hot water heat with individual thermostats. Private baths with all linens provided, toilet paper, shampoo, soaps, paper towels, dish soap, dishes, pots and pans, silverware, utensiles, coffee pot, toaster, microwave stove with oven, refrigerator, table and chairs, Direct TV, decks on all, outside gas grills, camp fire pit to sit out under the stars.

On the snowmobile and ATV trails, near the Connecticut river for kayaking, canoeing and fishing. Walking distance to Bog Brook with stocked trout. Hiking and bicycle trails.

Just bring your clothes, food and toys and get ready to enjoy the Great North Woods and all its beauty!
Unit # 1: Has a queen size bed, Lazy Boy couch, room for a couple of sleeping bags. Sleeps 4-6. Private bath.

Unit # 2: Has a full kitchen, living area with daybed, small pull out bed, loft with queen size bed, private bath. Sleeps 5-6

Unit # 3: Queen size bed, Lazy Boy, couch with day bed, room for sleeping bags. Full kitchen, private bath. Sleeps 4-6

Unit # 4: Living space with queen size couch with pull out bed, space for air mattress, kitchen, private bath, double loft with four twin beds. Sleeps 6-8. Deck connecting to Unit 5.

Unit # 5: Extra roomy with 25 foot deck, large living room / dining room, kitchen with snack bar, 4 stools, 2 bedrooms, spacious bath, large bunkroom that sleeps 12.

Rates:

Units 1, 2, 3, 4 - begin at $110 a night for up to two adults, ($20 per additional adult per night). Children 16 and under stay at no charge (up to 4 children).

Unit 5 - $170 per night for up to four adults, ($20 extra per additional adult per night in unit.

Mid week special for 62+ senior citizens - Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday nights - all for $220! Three nights for the price of two!
